From a young age, Cassandra has been captivated by the world of real estate. She would pore over the latest listings in Des Moines, IA, scouring the newspaper for any new properties on the market. During her free time, she enjoyed watching slideshows on tv of homes for sale across the country. Here is where she began to imagine herself as a real estate agent, helping people achieve their real estate goals. However, while she enjoys the thrill of the hunt for the perfect property, her true passion lies in forming strong connections with her clients and cultivating lasting relationships with them.

Outside of work, she enjoys; long walks, hiking, reading, catching up with loved ones, and watching her husband Paul Blanchette play goalkeeper for The Oakland Roots! Casandra is a billingual English-Spanish speaker.
